Joanna - DAII Clinical coordinator

Joanna graduated from AB Tech as a dental assistant in August 2013. She always knew she wanted to work in the dental field through the wonderful influence of her aunt, a dental hygienist. She loves children which motivated her toward a career in pediatric dentistry. In her free time she enjoys going to church, making quilts and spending precious time with her family. Joanna loves coming to work knowing that she is part of a family atmosphere from the wonderful, caring staff to the amazing patients and families!


RachAel - RDH

Rachael was born and raised here in Western North Carolina. She spends most of her time farming, hunting, and with family. Rachael loves being part of the Asheville Pediatric Dentistry team. She enjoys working with children and making a difference in their lives.



Lorelle - RDH

Lorelle graduated in May of 2015 with a degree in Dental Hygiene from AB Tech. In her free time, she loves to garden, cook, and hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway! What Lorelle loves most about working at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry is the fun-spirited environment and the opportunity to create positive dental experiences for children using kid-friendly props and tools that make learning about their teeth exciting and easy to understand.


Jenna - dA & Front office

Jenna is a local, born and raised in the Asheville area. She has over 4 years’ experience in corporate administration, but was inspired by her sister Joanna to pursue a career in the dental field and loves it! “It’s a rare and true blessing to be able to work with such an outstanding team. Dr. Jackson’s passion for her work radiates through the office.” Outside of the office Jenna enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and loved ones.


Teri - DAii

Teri has been in dentistry for 30 years. She relocated from northern Illinois and is enjoying her new home in the mountains. Teri was happy to find a new work home with Dr. Jackson, as working with children is most rewarding. She has 2 children and 2 granddaugthers. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, cooking, camping and word games.


Kathy - Front Office Coordinator

Kathy has spent all of her career in dentistry.  She has worked in several areas of practice and her love is in the front office and administrative part of the practice.  She feels that working with children is very rewarding and that working for Dr. Jackson is truly a blessing.  Kathy loves how kind and compassionate Dr. Jackson is with both their patients and their team.  What a great place to work!  She has two children and loves professional baseball and college football.  She also enjoys traveling, hiking, organizing and working in her yard.


Erica - Front Office

Erica was born and raised here in Asheville, North Carolina. She graduated from AB-Tech Community College where she studied to become a certified dental assistant with an Associate’s degree. Erica then spent 15 years working as an orthodontic dental assistant. For the past 10 years she has lived at the beach and after recently moving back home to Asheville, she’s found a home with the Asheville Pediatric Dentistry team! Outside of work, Erica likes spending time with her family and friends and being involved in her church community. She especially loves all things outdoors and has a passion for photography and traveling – capturing the beauty that surrounds her!


Carrie - Front Office

Carrie relocated to NC from upstate New York in 2001.  She attended AB Tech where she received her Certified Nursing Assistant license and worked for several years at a local nursing home. After a brief move back to New York, a friend directed Carrie toward a position working at the front desk in a pediatric dental office there, where she discovered a passion for office administration.  After returning to NC in 2011, she continued her career in dentistry and is happy to be working in a family-oriented office environment with Dr. Jackson and team!  In her spare time, she enjoys painting wine glasses, taking trips with her family and spending time with friends.
